Q: Can I order by mail or fax?
A: Yes. For customers who prefer to mail or fax in your orders, please download the attached order form and follow the instructions. Our toll-free number 1-800-640-9479 will recognize your fax transmission 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Does CaribGallery.com charge sales tax?
A: We are located in New York so we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to locations within the state of New York. If your order is shipping to a location other than New York, no sales tax is charged.
Q: How will my print be shipped?
A: Your order is shipped in protective packaging by FedEx or UPS ground transportation within 5 to 10 business days. All custom framed prints are made to order, so please allow extra time. All orders over $100.00 get free shipping and handling in the continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, excluded).
